Guidelines for authors

Registration and submission of abstracts open on 14 September 2023

Abstracts must be submitted by 15 November 2023.

 

For language:

French and English are the two languages accepted for papers and posters (The slides should be in the other language than that used in the oral presentation)

 

For abstracts:

Abstracts are limited to 500 words. 

 

For oral communications:

The duration of oral communications is set at 10 minutes and 5 minutes of exchanges.

 

For posters:

The posters will be printed by you in A0 portrait format.
